What Matters Most:
- 2-4 years of marketing and communications experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills required
- Microsoft Office experience required; SharePoint and CRM application experience preferred
- Fluency in Spanish highly preferred but not required
Your New Role: This Pacific Northwest energy company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing specialists, senior program marketing staff, and program management staff within this company’s main program sectors: residential, renewable, commercial, and industrial. You’re an ace project coordinator, proud of your business acumen, an excellent communicator, and interested in marketing and communications best practices. Sound like what you bring to the team?
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the creation of marketing projects and materials, contract and invoice various creative services, review a wide range of marketing materials, and create systems for multiple creative service contractors. The ability to work independently in a busy, dynamic work environment and to work remotely effectively will be appreciated here! There is ample room for growth, and you’ll feel supported by your experienced manager with periodic check-ins and mentorship opportunities.
This is a hybrid position with one day in-office after onboarding. You’ll be given a $750 work from home stipend for equipment you might need including cost on internet!
