Position Qualification
| Position Summary | Conduct assays to study different aspects of placental growth and function in humans and mice. Contribute to the development of novel therapies and targeted nanomedicines to treat placental dysfunction. Undertake in vivo experiments in mice to study the safety, efficacy and mechanism of action of the therapies tested. Undertake screenings to identify tissue-specific homing peptides in other reproductive tissues. Maintain laboratory records, give presentations and prepare reports and publications. |

| Required Qualifications | PhD (or analogue) and substantial knowledge of human and/or animal physiology. Experience of working with rodent models. An interest in reproductive biology would be desirable. |
