UTHealth School of Dentistry (https://dentistry.uth.edu/ ) invites applicants for a part-time (0.6 FTE) faculty position in the Department of Endodontics (https://dentistry.uth.edu/about/#departments ) at the level of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor.

Position Key Accountabilities:

Responsibilities will include didactic and clinical teaching to predoctoral and postdoctoral dental students, research, and service to the university. Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current license or eligibility for licensure to practice dentistry in one of the fifty U.S. states or the ability to obtain a faculty license within the state of Texas.

•  DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree and a certificate in endodontics from a CODA-accredited Advanced Education Programs in Endodontics, with preference going to board-eligible or certified individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board eligible

• Previous teaching, leadership, and research experience in endodontics.

Academic rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications and experience.
