Residential and Supported Employment Program Managers

People Making Progress, a non-profit company located in Tucker, GA. is seeking to hire a Residential Program Manager and a Supported Employment Manager. PMP provides support services to adults with developmental disabilities who live in their own homes and participate in their community. The Program managers work directly with the Executive Director to ensure services are delivered meeting all government regulations in a caring, efficient, cost-effective manner. Managers will hire, train and supervise direct care personnel, communicate and attend meetings with participants and their families, ensure all documentation is maintained, as well as participating in overall program operations and planning. The Residential Program Manager shares ON CALL responsibilities with other members of the team on a rotating basis. The SE Manager may need to work evenings and or weekends as dictated by the participants schedules.

Employment expectations for the Residential manager include: experience working with people with IDD in residential settings, DSP supervisory experience, a willingness to provide direct care in residential and community settings.

SE manager must have experience working with people with IDD preferable in a community employment setting.

Both positions require high school diploma or equivalent, clear criminal background and drug test, valid drivers’ license and availability of a car. Extremely varied schedule and availability required. PMP checks references. Applicant will need to provide complete contact information for previous supervisors. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
