Compass Health is currently looking for a Director of Marketing & Communications in Everett! This position would have anticipated start date of January 2023.

What you will be performing

The Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all the agency’s marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications staff, and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the agency. Aligns all marketing activity back to organizational goals and mission. Ensures strategic focus at a departmental and agency level. Key point of contact for all major internal and external relationships (eyes, ears, and mouth of the marketing team as a whole). Oversees major marketing campaigns. Chief translator, navigator, and coach to the agency in terms of marketing and PR efforts that can support our various business lines.

  • Directs the marketing team, consultants and designers in the development, creation, publication, and distribution of media materials.. Some of these items include event marketing materials, the Annual Report, website articles and pages, agency brochures, etc.
  • Directs the strategic use of a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, related to areas such as content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.
  • Oversees all Compass Health social media accounts, adhering to the approved guidelines and escalation matrix.
  • Participates in regularly scheduled supervision and team meetings.
  • Develops and implements marketing and branding strategies for new and existing programs and initiatives, internally and externally
  • Directs the marketing department’s strategy and growth that enables consistently identifying public relations opportunities supportingrevenue generation within the community we serve, and managing consistent growth by identifying ways to continue to bring awareness and understanding of the mission of Compass Health.

What you will be carrying along

  • BA Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with graphic design creation and project management required.
  • Experience with electronic communication management software such as Constant Contact required.

What you will be sharing

  • Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, etc.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms required.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and manage project budgets.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and work in an environment where exposure to extremely sensitive information is required.
  • Ability to take on other duties as assigned on short notice.
  • Ability to work calmly, effectively, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced, high production, and high-pressure environment.
