High School Student Exchange Representative

International Student Exchange is a non-profit high school exchange program founded in 1982 that sponsors approximately 2,500 high school exchange programs each year. We are looking for individuals who are at least 25 years of age, enjoy working with teenagers, and have community connections to join our team as Area Representatives. Candidates must be self-motivated and have great communication skills.
The Area Representative develops and maintains relationships with local high schools and families on behalf of our high school exchange student program, and helps match our students with volunteer host families.
Key duties include:
- Contacting schools to secure acceptance for exchange students
- Recruiting and screening volunteer host families in your community
- Providing supervision, guidance, and support throughout the exchange
Key Traits:
- Have reliable transportation
- Have excellent people skills
- Have access to computer/printer/scanner
- Work well with a team
- Goal-oriented
- Love working with International exchange students
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Must be able to travel, if required, within 120 miles of your home
- Must past a criminal background check
