Summary:

The Faculty & Executive Recruitment Administrator assumes responsibility for all faculty-level recruitments at Roswell Park and serves as the liaison between candidates and Roswell Park faculty and administration. The role also organizes and schedules interview visits for candidates; arranges candidate interview itineraries; organizes search committees dedicated to faculty-level recruitments and works with contracted recruitment firms as well as coordination of the hiring of faculty members in accordance with regulatory standards and established Roswell Park hiring practices.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources related field; or
2. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources related field; or
3. High School diploma or G.E.D. and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources related field.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

The preferred candidate will have previous experience with have previous search firm, healthcare and/or academic experience.
