Therapy Post-Doctoral Fellowship

One Neuro offers a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in therapy. The goal of the fellowship program is to train skilled therapists who are able to work with a variety of presenting problems.

Our Organization

One Neuro is a team of psychologists, neuropsychologists, and doctoral psychology trainees who conduct psychological assessments as well as provide therapy and neurofeedback. We treat individuals across the lifespan and are primarily insurance-based.

We provide a positive environment with the goal of providing hope, direction, and health for individuals who enter our clinic. The One Neuro team is supportive and collaborative— and we love what we do!

Our Clients

We are blessed with the diversity of our client population. We see young children through adults in the later stages of their life. Our clients have varying cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. We see people with a wide variety of presenting challenges who are stable within an outpatient setting. As we take many health insurance plans, we provide services to individuals who might not otherwise receive services.

The Fellowship

The fellow is expected work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Fellows are required to maintain of minimum of 25 therapy appointment per week, leaving room in the schedule for all trainings. Fellows have full control over their client schedule and are able to see the majority of their clients via teletherapy. It is expected that fellows work in-office at least one weekday per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Fellows earn $54,600 annually.
  • Fellows are provided with three sick days and two weeks of vacation annually.
  • Fellows are eligible for Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance.
  • One Neuro will cover up to $250 towards a training or conference.

    • Weekly individual supervision
    • Weekly professional development seminar
    • Weekly group supervision
    • Weekly didactic seminar
    • Neurofeedback seminars (optional, if interested in learning more about neurofeedback)
    • Therapy room
    • HIPAA-compliant Google Meet account
    • Electronic Health Records
    • Administrative and billing support
    • A One Neuro email address
    • A One Neuro phone number
    • A One Neuro in office messenger
    • Access to a One Neuro computer
    • Access to printing and scanning
    • Access to office supplies
    • Access to a staff kitchen
  • Optional testing bonus may be available, based on experience
