Greenleaf Psychological & Support Services is expanding. Would you like to grow with Greenleaf?

At this time, we are hiring PostDoc Psychologist (must have LPA in NC)! (Ability to conduct Psychological Assessment a bonus).

Our mission is 2-part.

1) Our heart is to serve our community and bring them into wholeness and wellness at the self and family levels. We enjoy incorporating faith-based counseling upon request (usually biblical). We honor clinicians' faith identities while practicing ethically in a community that needs both secular and sometimes (upon request only) faith-integrated therapy.

2) We are also developing into a training center for clinicians of all levels (seasoned clinicians who invest in younger clinicians, and younger clinicians who grow into seasoned clinicians and do the same). We will be developing an intern and postdoc program, as well as a CEU program. We enjoy offering much room for advancement so your gifts can grow with Greenleaf!

In this spirit, we have recently expanded from 7 to 14 clinical rooms, making space for this vision, and we are expanding our clinical administrative/supervisory team. In addition, w are opening a 9-therapy room office in North Raleigh in October 2022! We are thrilled that you are thinking of applying!

Overall, in our hiring, we looking for a generalist with possible desires for specialties (or budding specialties) in any of the following:

  • Individual Therapy with Children, Adults, or Couples*
  • Marriage/Pre-marriage/Couples (Gottman, EFT, etc)*
  • Family Therapy*
  • Christian Counseling* (i.e., Integrative counseling, see works by William Hathaway)
  • Somatic Therapies*
  • PCIT
  • Play Therapy*
  • Behavioral Therapy*
  • Autism*
  • Psychological Assessment*
  • Eating Disorders*
  • Clinical Supervision*
  • DBT*
  • Trauma: CPT, IFS, EMDR (We have 2 light bars), Somatic therapies, Schema, or trauma other evidence-based trauma-informed modalities*
  • Anxiety Reduction*
  • Substance Abuse*
  • Love and Sex Addiction

Ability to offer faith-based counseling a major plus!

*In-house training provided!

Ability to integrate faith a bonus! (We have been expanding our department that integrates Faith/biblical/pastoral counseling* into therapeutic techniques upon request, and we are hiring in this domain.) *Note: We only incorporate faith upon request and provide counseling to our clients and community in a way that is ethical and sensitive to the needs and beliefs of each client. Our team is trained in diverse Evidence-based therapy skills, and we do not solely rely on or exclusively use faith-based skills. We enjoy integrating faith upon request.
