Summary of Job Duties:

The post-doctoral fellow will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to carry out community-based Implementation Science studies. The position will be actively involved in projects aimed to implement evidence-based practices for obesity prevention and nutrition promotion into community settings. The projects also aim to increase high-fidelity implementation of nutrition interventions in early child care and education (ECE) settings, to de-implement detrimental feeding practices in ECE, to examine factors related to sustainability of obesity prevention interventions in ECE, and to adapt and pilot exercise interventions for expecting mothers and children in the community. These projects are funded by NIH and USDA.

Post-doctoral fellows would join a highly collaborative training environment and be supported to pursue training opportunities. Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
PhD in nutrition, public health, psychology or a closely related field
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong statistical and data analysis skill and/or strong qualitative data collection and analysis skills. Foundational knowledge of implementation science and community-engaged research.
