Position Summary
The position will provide leadership for all Lincoln Center Campus Operations activities. In addition, will provide administrative and special project support to the Associate Director of Campus Operations.
Essential Functions
Coordinates service delivery by University staff and contractors to ensure building is well maintained, clean and operates efficiently. Works closely with operations and facilities managers to ensure excellence of service delivery. Coordinates daily operations with security and event staff.
Processes biweekly operations payroll, produces overtime reports, processes meal money payments. Complete biweekly campus wide staff schedules.
Develops cleaning schedules and sections and monitors performance. Procures required equipment and materials.
Functions as the eWorkOrders coordinator for campus operations matters.
Inspects buildings to maintain high level of cleanliness and maintenance provides periodic reports and requests services from University maintenance staff and external contractors. Follows up with building clients and law school administration to ensure service delivery is maintained at high levels of satisfaction.
Manages and coordinates summer building work schedule with facilities operations; including painting cycle work, classroom maintenance and dormitory maintenance, utilizing both in-house staff and contracted services. Works closely with Residential Life summer conference coordination.
Supports and coordinates the operations of conference spaces. Works closely with Aramark Food Services.
Ensures operation of special dorm spaces including laundries, media theatre, dance practice room, reception space and fitness center.
Supervises subordinate administrative personnel, custodial, grounds and mail staff as assigned.
Meets with building clients to review operational and service needs.
On weekends, responsible for Facilities Operations personnel and functions.
Performs duties typical of large facilities, on call 24/7 for emergencies and snow removal.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Relevant professional training and experience.
Strong computer proficiency.
Experience with the eWorkOrders program or similar CMMS software
Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to the goals of Jesuit Education.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of R25 event and conference planning program
