Brand & Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Project Lead

We are searching for a Brand & Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Project Lead - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will effectively manage the day-to-day activities of our recruitment marketing efforts, including creating exceptionally composed content for candidates, marketing open positions to external audiences, and attracting the best talent to Texas Children's.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees recruitment marketing efforts
  • Partners with recruitment leadership in implementing robust marketing strategies that fill critical vacancies
  • Develops both short and long-term recruitment marketing campaigns in fulfilling Texas Children’s strategy
  • Manages digital and public relations outlets for recruiting, showcasing our mission and culture to key audiences
  • Assists with delivering the strategic goal setting, creation, execution of Texas Children’s employer brand across all companies and divisions
  • Oversee definition and support of marketing initiatives throughout the system
  • Represents recruitment marketing, serving as primary contact and project manager for all related tactics
  • Initiates the process of developing plans, present and gain approval from leadership
  • Presents plans for review to department leadership that outlines proposed marketing needs and effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including any booster dose(s) of the COVID-19 vaccine recommended by the Centers for Disease Control when eligible, is required for all employees at Texas Children’s unless approved for a medical or religious exemption.
  • Required Bachelor's Degree with a preferred master’s degree
  • Required 5 years of progressive marketing or communications with preferred Healthcare experience
