Grade 3: £21,630 – £24,285 per annum
Full-time: 35 hours per week, permanent

THE POST - ADMINISTRATOR
Marketing & Student Recruitment are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Administrator to provide a full range of professional, efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support services across the department.

Working directly with the Director of Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment and managers within the department, the position provides support with complex diary management, administering of agendas, papers and minutes, the management and co-ordination of various events and meetings including the arrangement of travel and accommodation for the department.

You must be a team player with excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to plan under your own initiative and work to specific deadlines. With drive, enthusiasm and tenacity, you will be accustomed to operating within a busy environment. You will be proficient in IT and Microsoft applications with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

Whilst the post will be based at our Paisley campus, there may be a requirement to work at other UWS campus locations from time to time to meet business needs.
