About the Job

We are looking for a Facility Administrator to provide daily managerial oversight of our Autumn Ridge RTH in Milwaukie, Oregon. The Facility Administrator is responsible for the overall operations and success of the program, and must be able to coordinate and maintain a professional relationship with ColumbiaCare employees, the State of Oregon, and other professional agencies providing services. The Facility Administrator is also responsible for maintaining up-to-date personnel, client, and program records, including the accounting of client and facility funds, training and activity records, and medical and health supports.

The Facility Administrator supervises and evaluates staff and is responsible for staff scheduling to ensure adequate client supervision and support. They must be knowledgeable about personnel policies, OAR, and the applicable rules and standards of other regulatory agencies such as OSHA. Work is primarily performed at the program, but administrators must be accessible by phone for emergency purposes. This position is required to be on call at times, which can include working weekends and some overtime and overnight shifts if there is a business need.

Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours per week), 8 hour Day shifts with flexibility as needed

What You’ll Make

$6,000 - $7,000 per month DOE/Credentials.

About the Program

Autumn Ridge (est. 2012) is a beautiful Residential Treatment Home (RTH) located in Milwaukie, OR, serving 5 individuals who are non-SPD eligible but who may have intensive medical needs and are primarily affected by a mental disability. The program is a non-locked, co-ed facility, licensed and funded by Oregon Health Authority, Addictions and Mental Health.


ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHA employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.

What You’ll Need

You must be registered as a QMHA through MHACBO or become registered within 30 days of hire. Eligibility for QMHA registration requires 1 out of 3 Criteria below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field;
  • OR minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting;
  • OR equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training


Two (2) years of supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Successful applicants MUST have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
