We are accepting applications for individuals who meet our minimum qualifications and who can provide provide instruction for the potential to teach these courses:

Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)


Under the direct supervision of the Associate Dean/Instructional Manager, the instructor is responsible for providing instruction to students within the assigned and approved instructional delivery system and in accordance with the mission, goals, policies and procedures of the District. The instructor is responsible for providing an active learning environment to enable students to demonstrate course competencies, and creating a student learning centered environment that places learning at the center of educational experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate field.


2. Five (5) years of directly-related occupational experience. One year of occupational experience must be within the last five years.


3. Previous teaching experience is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:
College-level teaching experience
Master's degree
HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) for HR-topic classes

Desired Start Date: November 16, 2022

WCTC is accepting applications in an effort to fill multiple openings to teach the multiple classes listed above.

This position is three to six hours per week. Classes may be scheduled regularly on: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday during the evening hours, only when school is in session.
