Job Description:

Herkimer College seeks qualified applicants for a Director of K through 12 Connections.

This full-time, 12-month position, in coordination with appropriate offices on campus, will oversee all components of the College's High School Concurrent Enrollment (College Now) and New York State Pathways in Technology (P-TECH) programs.

Responsibilities include managing the College Now and (P-TECH) faculty and course approval process, College Now and P-TECH faculty orientation and professional development, student recruitment, registration, and record-keeping, class evaluations and course assessments.

Requirements:

Master's degree with experience in K through 12 environments; previous work experience in management/supervisory roles required, however, certain types of other experience may be portable.
