About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator who’s creative, excited by change, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position is responsible for effective scheduling, coordination, and implementation and facilitation of our weekly New Hire Orientations and other onboarding procedures. What You’ll Make

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE/Credentials.

What You’ll Need

The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional demeanor as well as possess traits like creativity and initiative.

• Minimum TWO (2) YEARS of experience conducting, developing, analyzing and measuring instructional training programs.
• Current CPR Instructor Certification (CCS is willing to help the right individual become a Certified Trainer)
• A working knowledge of Apple products, Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools such as Zoom.
• Physical Requirements: ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. and provide CPR Training to staff

Successful applicants must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check and the physical capability to provide CPR Training.
