Postdoctoral Research Associate - Hematology
Summary
The research program deals with developing preclinical models of new gene-directed therapies in bone marrow failure syndromes. The applicant will establish new tools for gene editing in cell lines and human hematopoietic stem cells and will perform xenotransplantation experiments. Experience with CRISPR/Cas9 editing, mouse work and genomics are required.
