Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience, including client service, project management, budget, and proposal management experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent written and oral skills; Strong client service values and a high level of enthusiasm in dealing with internal and external clients;
- Proven ability to make effective use of time, plan, and coordinate multiple projects, while still paying close attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
- Customer service oriented who displays good judgment and strong organizational skills;
- Proficient in current word processing, email, spreadsheet, and presentation software;
- Willingness and ability to learn proprietary software and audiovisual equipment;
- Willingness to take on duties outside of specific job functions to serve the needs of the School;
- Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends, travel within the Metro DC area and travel to conferences and client outreach meetings on a quarterly basis.
Preferences:
- Masters degree in any business, education, or other relevant cognate area.
