Job Description

The Nanodevices and Integrated System Lab (http://nano.ecs.umass.edu/ ) is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to work in the exciting field of emerging computing hardware. This postdoc position will play a key role in experimental research in the hybrid integration of emerging devices with CMOS substrates, electrical testing, and physical characterization.

Requirements

  • A Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related fields with extensive clean room experience.
  • Experience in electrical measurements of electronic devices and circuits.
  • Experience in physical characterization.
  • Extensive clean room experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a group environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, teamwork ability, and communication skills in both oral and written English.
