Full Job Description

Associate Manager Clinic Operations - Under the direction of the Director of Operations/Clinic Director, the Clinic Manager I implements and is accountable to the Practice Operations Council (POC) and the Administrative Director.

Required qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree From an accredited educational institution
  • 2 years Healthcare experience
  • 1 year Supervisory experience

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years Practice management experience
  • Lean process improvement experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing from an accredited educational institution

Located in sunny Tri-Cities, Washington, Kadlec is the largest non-profit healthcare provider in the region, offering primary and specialty care to patients in the Tri-Cities and surrounding region.
