NIH-funded postdoctoral researcher position is available to study COVID-19 in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology in the Carver College of Medicine at the University of Iowa. Projects include T cell and immunological responses in mouse models of SARS-CoV-2 and other CoVs. The Perlman laboratory is in an interdisciplinary and interactive department offering state-of-the-art equipment and core facilities.
| | Education Requirement: |
- A Ph.D. degree is required
| | Required Qualifications: |
- Experience in T cell responses and other host immune responses to pathogens is required
| | Desirable Qualifications: |
- Highly motivated candidate with 0—3 years’ experience in viral immunology is desired
