Who are we?

We are a non-profit organization with the mission to provide the best quality of life to individuals while creating opportunities for maximum independence. We serve a wide range of clients from youth to elderly, lower to higher functioning, as well as individuals with physical and mental disabilities.

This position is based out of the Wisconsin Rapids area and will be responsible for managing multiple clients in a Community Supported Living Program.

What does a Program Manager do?

Program Managers oversee caregivers working with in-home clients and their care teams. Typical duties involve: documentation, training, managing a client case load, communicating with clients and guardians, and managing staff. This position is primarily first shift but will require the flexibility to cover shifts as needed. Program Managers may work direct care with clients in addition to their management responsibilities.

What is a "Community Supported Living Program"?

Community Supported Living (CSL) is a program that helps individual clients living their own homes to achieve maximum independence while still receiving the assistance they require. Most clients are able to support themselves but may need assistance with daily activities such as: grooming, bathing, housekeeping, medication administration, transportation to appointments, etc. The goal of a CSL program is to help clients progress towards full independence, however, every client is different.

What qualifications are needed to be a Program Manager?

  • A desire to help members of your community.
