We invite applications for a Postdoctoral position at Clemson University. The postdoctoral researcher will work with Dr. Jeffrey Fung on the broad topic of planet formation and protoplanetary disk dynamics. Applicants with experience in theoretical and/or observational work are welcome. The successful applicant will carry out both independent research and collaborative research with Dr. Fung, pursuing topics of their own research interests. They will be encouraged to collaborate with local experts in overlapping fields, such as Dr. Sean Brittain and Dr. Jonathan Zrake. Clemson is home to the Palmetto Cluster (https://www.palmetto.clemson.edu/palmetto/about/), which the successful applicant will have access to. The duration of this position is 2 years. Qualifications
- Applicants must have a PhD in physics/astronomy, or expect to receive one before taking up the position.
