CUSTODIAN
LINCOLN TRAIL COLLEGE
DESCRIPTION: The Custodian position is a full-time position under the supervision of the Operations and Maintenance Team Leader. The duties include, but are not limited to:
- cleaning assigned areas following a well-established routine,
- general manual work,
- assisting with building/campus activity set up,
- and other tasks which are semi-skilled in nature.
- This position includes occasional change to hours and weekend shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Position requires a broad knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment;
ability to understand and follow oral and written directions; as well as ability to maintain good working relationships with
co-workers.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a continuous,
repetitive basis also required.
WAGES/BENEFITS:
$13.00 per hour, based upon experience and qualifications.
