Position Summary |
Improving the survival of PDAC patients requires a detailed understanding of underlying molecular signatures that impact disease progression and treatment response. Recent work published by our group identifies 4 distinct subtypes of PDAC through proteomic analysis of clinical samples with longitudinal clinical metadata. We are looking for a talented and motivated Post Doc to identify and validate molecular drivers of pancreatic cancer subtype differentiation using multiomics and molecular biology techniques.

Required Qualifications |
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in cancer cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, analytical chemistry of computational biology.
|
Supplemental Qualifications |
Experience in mass spectrometry, cell culture, molecular biology and biochemistry desirable.
