Essential Job Duties

The Temporary Program Coordinator’s general responsibility is to provide administrative support for the Sweet Potato and Potato Breeding and Genetics Programs by coordinating and supporting program activities. Primary responsibilities will include managing PCard receipts and monthly PCard billing information; assisting the Program Lead and CALS Contracts and Grants in the management of project accounting; coordinating travel logistics for project members; maintaining the Program Lead’s calendar; and scheduling virtual and in-person programmatic meetings.
