Under the direction of the Senior Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, you will play a critical role in the direct solicitation of major gifts and leadership annual gifts ($1,000 - $25,000 or more) to support Wolverine Pathways, the Center for Educational Outreach, the Office of Academic Multicultural Initiatives, and other U-M DEI programs. The Associate Director will also identify and qualify major gift prospects. You will increase the number of leadership annual and major gift donors, and revenue, to ODEI programs, and help build the funding priorities set by the UM Chief Diversity Officer and Schools/Colleges/Units. Frequent travel is required.
This is a hybrid position - you must live within a commutable distance of campus and be willing to work onsite at least 3 days per week.

This is a full time, term limited position ending on June 30, 2028 and is eligible for UM benefits. Before the end of the term limit, it could be considered for a term extension or for transition to an open-ended position.
