Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience, the Program Manager for Workplace Mental Health at Michigan Medicine will be the lead and partner with other main institutional resources to implement collaborative and systemwide resilience, crisis response, and mental and emotional well-being programming for Michigan Medicine faculty, staff, house officers, and medical learners. In this position, you will offer a range of preventive and response interventions, including early detection of mental health concerns and tailored programs within the healthcare environment. You will engage with the Michigan Medicine community through a variety of outreach activities, including presentations and training, and will be knowledgeable about the well-being needs of healthcare professionals.

Work Locations

Will require travel to multiple locations on and off the medical campus. Available for occasional flexible working hours to meet the needs of the healthcare community. This position will be mainly onsite with some opportunity for flexible working arrangements. Flexible or hybrid work arrangements are reviewed annually and may be subject to change.
