This is a benefitted, full time position working 64 hours per 2 week pay period. The start time will vary from 0545--900 and is located at Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley. No weekends or Holidays, but do require call two shifts per week.

This position is eligible for new hire and relocation Incentives up to $7K.

As a Specialized Services RN, you will perform patient assessments and care tasks including medication administration as appropriate. Additionally, you will educate patients and document patient interactions, practice infection control, and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within own scope of practice.

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in yo

• Current California RN License
• Completion of accredited RN program
• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must have rapid patient assessment skills and critical thinking skills
• Must be patient centered, flexible, and team spirited
• Current American Heart Associate Healthcare Provider BLS certificate and ACLS certificate.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and follow instructions in English
• Additional requirements vary according to specialty and duties performed in business unit

Preferred Qualifications:

• Epic Experience
• Critical Care Experience
• Prefer 2 years of RN experience in outpatient Pre-Op/PACUED/ICU/Procedural areas (cath lab, interventional radiology)
• BSN
