Ensure that the DMACC website contributes to the College’s marketing goals, meets brand standard and accessibility compliance. Identify, plan and execute DMACC’s digital marketing strategy. Manage the activities of the department’s website and digital marketing staff.
Develop, design and implement the DMACC Website and web related activities. Maintain the desired “look and feel” and the integrity of the site, including evaluation and usability of links using appropriate software. Coordinate scripting and programming efforts. Generate reports to measure the effectiveness of web technologies in DMACC marketing efforts. Develop and implement website strategies to support recruitment of students.
Supervise staff, recommend personnel actions related to hiring, compensation, performance evaluations, training, leaves, discipline, grievances, work schedules and assignments, administers personnel and related policies and procedures per the collective bargaining agreements and the EEO/AA plan. Supervise all contracted services related to web services.
Plan, execute and monitor DMACC’s use of digital marketing tools. This includes helping campuses, programs and departments create social media sites and monitor their brand compatibility and effectiveness, use of digital advertising resources and tools, both internally and through vendors. Assure they work in harmony with the DMACC website and the College’s CRM – Target X. Through training and experience identify industry trends and digital advertising best practices.
Share marketing expertise, skills and experience with DMACC programs, departments and locations to help them achieve their marketing goals and objectives. This includes being familiar with DMACC research and studies, Personas, geodemographic analysis and techniques to evaluate and understand DMACC audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in web management, marketing, business information systems, graphic design, computer science or related and three years of experience in commercial or institutional website creation and management, that includes hands-on content creation, web site programming/design experience and social marketing OR Associates degree in web management, marketing, business information systems, graphic design, computer science or related and five years of experience in commercial or institutional website creation and management, that includes hands-on content creation, web site programming/design experience and social marketing.
Marketing consultant experience.

Experience and commitment to working with diverse populations.
Knowledge of current software applications including Microsoft Sharepoint and CSS.
Experience in marketing working for a large private sector or educational institution.
