Position Overview
The Field Operations Senior Analyst involves developing and implementing automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency, with a particular focus within Field Operations. The role will center on fostering a culture of continuous improvement by developing and maintaining data architecture assets to support process and ongoing changes, identifying process enhancements, and generating data inputs and insights for better decision making in Field Operations. The role will process and synthesize complex data and help ensure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across all business units. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams from different business units ensuring the seamless integration of automated processes and improvements that provide value organization-wide.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Translate business needs into technical requirements utilizing a structured process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing change) to assess and recommend solutions.
- Establish and maintain process documentation on data architecture and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline system preparedness for plan period processing.
- Manage field inquiries and support modelling and analytics requests within Field Operations.
- Develop and execute Field Operations timelines and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Develop, build, and maintain reporting metrics, providing timely and accurate data insights to support better decision-making at all levels.
- Focus on data quality improvement efforts such as identifying abnormalities, maintaining business rules, and mitigating the risk of errors.
- Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Consistently build effective relationships with team members and clients; ability to influence directly and indirectly.
- Consult with stakeholders across the business to drive awareness and solutions as data-driven concerns are identified.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, resulting in ongoing enhancements in processes and workflows, increased productivity, and cost savings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to operate in a cross cultural and complex matrix environment, and ability to build consensus across functions.

- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 75% of a typical working day.
- Ability to travel 15% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, business administration, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or in an operations role supporting a commercial function or a hands-on technical role, technical project management, or systems development.
- Strong analytical skills, prioritization skills, business intuition, and organizational ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel macros and pivot tables. PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong data management and reporting skills, including working experience with the following platforms:
- Data preparation / processing tool (e.g. any of SQL, Databricks, etc.).
- Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to apply qualitative or quantitative business analysis while leveraging primary or secondary data.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, problem solve and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives with excellent project planning and execution skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry in Marketing, Sales, Service, or Operations.
- Experience with Tableau BI, Power BI, SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics, and Veeva.
- Adaptable, open to change and able to work in ambiguous situations and respond to new information or unexpected circumstances.
Salary Range:
$85,000.00 - $135,000.00The annual base salary shown is a national range for this position on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
