The Administrative Assistant would help with the following:
- Scheduling meetings, interviews, and events on behalf of ACHIEVE’s staff members using professional communication skills
- Scheduling and attending internal meetings and taking notes
- Formatting Word, Excel, and other documents
- Organizing files in Teams and identifying apps and templates
- Email correspondence and follow-up phone calls with various UNC Departments
Supporting task management and completion by tracking administrative and research-related tasks using Asana - Creating and maintaining internal documents and organizing them in Teams
- Completing administrative paperwork (e.g. orders for supplies, venue rentals, software purchasing)
- Conducting searches for supplies, software, policies, and procedures to inform team decision-making on operational processes

Department Required Skills
The person will need their own computer and be expected to use UNC-compatible software (MS Office including Teams,? Zoom, etc.) 50% of duties will be performed remotely, and 50% of duties will be performed on-site at the CWHR office and in the field. They should be able to attend meetings in-person as needed and to support the team with setting up events and meetings at the CWHR office, clinic sites, and community event spaces. The individual should be willing and able to drive their own vehicle to clinic sites in Wake, Durham, Alamance and Orange counties as needed. They will be reimbursed for travel using the state mileage rate.
