Your next role as a Miracle Maker
Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Sr. TA Specialist you will be at source for high caliber talent to fill critical roles across the organization. You will partner with leaders to identify their needs, and develop strategies to find and successful secure diverse and highly qualified talent while ensuring excellent candidate experiences.
How you will make an impact:
- Actively engage, source and screen top talent for all positions at all levels
- Lead intake meetings and debriefs with hiring managers as a recruiting subject matter expert
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Partner with Recruiting Specialist to run efficient interviews and processes
- Understand and execute team and individual KPIs for the role
- Keep up-to-date with new industry trends in biotech and recruiting tools and tips
- Build strong technical talent pipelines
- Participate in Behavioral interview trainings, talent development and college recruiting
- Participate in building diversity strategy, resource groups and training.
- Promote the company's talent brand
- Be prepared to laugh every day with a supportive team
- Be a subject matter expert in talent processes, candidates experience and talent operations
- Perform other functions and duties as required
The skills and experience that you will bring:
- Minimum of 5 years talent acquisition experience, preferably with biotech/life science industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent attitude and team player
- Ability to communicate through presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ATS systems, recruitment strategies, processes, and talent brand
- Self-starter, detail oriented, outgoing and flexible
The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $125,000. In addition, highly competitive long-term incentives in the form of company equity, bonus participation and company sponsored benefits are provided as part of the total compensation package. The salary offer will depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications, as well as the location of the role.
