Are you looking for part time hours? The Notre Dame Alumni Association is hiring for a new role to support the financial services professional network as the IrishCompass Coordinator.
Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of a thriving online community. The Notre Dame Alumni Association is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional member service along with administrative and technical support to the digital community of Notre Dame alumni working in the financial services sector. If you are proficient in software, platforms, and tools, and have a passion for customer service and project management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support and Member Services:
- Provide expert and professional technical support to members, ensuring same-day service as the standard.
- Manage and update membership information, ensuring accuracy and functionality of the platform features.
- Post events, send communications, and manage the online discussion board.
- Upload and update financial services members’ profiles using LinkedIn.
- Respond to data requests and provide regular reports on membership metrics.
Administrative Support:
- Serve as the primary administrative contact.
- Coordinate key communications.
- Attend team and divisional meetings, and collaborate with campus partners on event registration and coordination.
Project Management:
- Manage group maintenance and update processes, and ensure platform functionality.
- Configure and manage customizations for the private membership group.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance for platform features. Submit Help tickets as necessary
- Set up tracking metrics and recurring reports for IrishCompass platform.
- Produce and distribute reports to leadership
Software Proficiency:
- Google Suite for document creation, sharing, and collaboration.
- PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations.
- Wrike for project management and task tracking.
- CVent for event management.
- IrishCompass proprietary software for platform management and member engagement.

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in technical abilities, including software, platforms, and tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good judgment and the ability to exercise discretion.
- Experience in customer service or member support for a large community.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Suite, PowerPoint, Wrike, CVent, and proprietary platforms like IrishCompass.
- Background in administrative and membership support and project management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
