Essential Job Functions:

The partner must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • Oversees the evaluation, design, and implementation of technology project management policies, guidelines, techniques, practices, standards and methods (e.g., "Agile" project management).

  • Oversee project management strategy and support critical path/activities, risks, contingencies and alternatives and oversight of a high-performing project management team and their activities including development of milestones, budgets, communication plans, reporting, and resource plan development.

  • Defines, maintains, and implements enterprise project management methodology includingprocesses, rules of engagement, tools, metrics, and policies to ensure optimal drive productivity, quality and business success.

  • Develops long-term technology projects plans and strategies across enterprise (e.g., Agile Chapter roadmap).

  • Confers with product, design, and technology stakeholders to align strategies and solutions with program objectives within a culture of Agile project management delivery.

  • Provides recommendations and solutions to advisory and steering committees for identified project problems, risks, and prioritization.

  • Contributes to the development of a governance structure to ensure projects are well managed and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Provides reporting to senior leaders across the organization to ensure transparency into delivery, risks, issues, etc. Prepares project reports for management or others.

  • Oversees, owns, validates, and/or modifies project schedules or plans as required.

  • Provides advice to senior management on the priority assigned to each technology project.

  • Provides indirect supervision to staff including activities such as coaching, guiding and training.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience, certifications, and education.

  • 12 years of Agile experience, SAFe certified or experience (or other scaled Agile frameworks).

  • 5 years of engineering management, product management or product design experience in an Agile environment.

  • 5 years of experience delivering technology programs.

  • 5 years as a Scrum Master or an Agile project manager for a software development team.

  • 5+ years traditional project management experience.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
