Specific Position Duties |
- Provides support services to current, past and prospective students, faculty, and staff involving various aspects of student records, data retrieval, graduation, and records management. – Communicate appropriate policies/regulations to faculty, staff, and administration when clarification is needed 2; – Create and maintain course and section level CE schedules – Oversee accuracy of state reporting – Ensure accuracy of course, section, and student records, including rolls, certificates, transcripts, etc. – Consults with other areas of the college, including registrar’s office and business office, to ensure coordination of services and effective use of resources – Coordinates the collection and maintenance of data and statistics for planning and reporting purposes (internal, external and government) – Responsible for monitoring Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act to ensure the college is in compliance with all federal policies related to confidentiality of student information – Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers -Performs other duties as assigned. |
