We are 29,000 strong, working together across 1,500+ pet care centers, 250+ Vetco Total Care hospitals, hundreds of preventive care clinics, eight distribution centers and two support centers.

Manage creation and improvement of item master data and digital assets in Petco systems on behalf of Merchandising, Ecommerce, Product Development, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional partners. Create item data governance and procedures and ensure that the policies are consistently applied across Vendors as well as Petco cross-functional departments to support overall business objectives. Manage new product set-up process and prioritization of all brick and mortar and ecommerce items across all channels. Govern omni-item master data in accordance with Petco policies and procedures and ensure specified quality standards are maintained; which may include ensuring data meets moderately complex business rules and/or legal requirements. Oversee 3rd party data entry specialists responsible for processing data from Suppliers, Merchandising and others to enrich product master data. Individual judgment will be required to assess and correct data integrity issues, out of compliance submissions, or deal with moderately-complex situations that may arise and require an effective resolution.
