The Director is responsible for the leadership and management of recruiting and advising services for Gillette College. The Director also collaborates with District staff in implementing a comprehensive enrollment management plan and preparing all pertinent reports. The Director also serves as the Designated School Official for SEVIS. This position is located at Gillette College. The Director has an upbeat and outgoing personality as s/he serves as the face of a continually growing and dynamic organization. Supervisory and Management Responsibility: This position has direct supervision over the Enrollment Counselors, Academic Advisors, and Enrollment Specialists. This is an INTERNAL ONLY opening, applicants must be a current NWCCD employee.

Education/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree – required, Master’s degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License

- Working knowledge of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

- NWCCD academic programs and eligibility requirements
- Ability to develop and implement strategic enrollment management principles

About Northern Wyoming Community College District
Gillette College is located in Gillette, WY, the county seat of Campbell County. Located midway between the Big Horn Mountains to the West and the Black Hills of South Dakota to the east. - Ensure that goals, objectives, plans, budgets, policies, practices and actions produce desired student achievement goals consistent with the overall mission and strategic plan.
- Practice and promote continuous improvement principles.
- Promote teamwork and cooperation between departments.
Responsibility/Duty
Direct efforts to provide high quality admission and advising services using a team approach. Facilitate a comprehensive recruitment, academic advising, and retention program.

Carry out supervisory responsibilities which include appropriate training and work assignments, quality performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Provide motivation for team to achieve and maintain a high level of productivity and morale.

Fully utilize Colleague modules related to area of responsibility, including Recruiter. Ensure proper training of enrollment services staff and maintain high quality data standards.
