We are looking for a proven Sales Manager who is passionate about what they do and inspired by achieving significant market growth. You will have;
- A minimum of 5 years FMCG experience in sales and distribution leadership, preferably in the Wine or another alcoholic beverage industry;
- Previous management experience and a track record of developing teams;
- Experience in key account management and distributor engagement - you may have existing industry relationships and if not you are a natural at building long-term strategic relationships;
- A University degree / Tertiary qualification / MBA;
- Demonstrated exceptional commercial thinking and the ability to build comprehensive business plans.
