Status/Shift:Full Time Exempt
Position Summary/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or finance; Master’s degree preferred. 15 or more years in Healthcare management, to include district experience in California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors, partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability, represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings, communicating on behalf of the company with shareholders, government entities and the public, evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors and vice presidents, assessing risks to the company, setting strategic goals, working closely with Chief Financial Officer and VP of Human Resources, oversee quality control throughout the company.
